Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti placed a new edict on the people of L.A. dictating that homes, businesses or other venues that are found by police to have large gatherings will have their water and other utilities turned off within 48 hours.

In this week's video, I call out the move as just another notch on the belt of far-left politicians, media and others trying to implement their authoritarian rule on U.S. cities, essentially using them as "testing centers for communism."
