Former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle is expected to plead guilty to charges of child pornography, reports FOX59.

“Sources say Fogle will accept a plea deal Wednesday,” writes the local station. “The U.S. Attorney’s Office will hold a press conference Wednesday afternoon to discuss the deal and charges against Fogle.”

The husband and father of two remains suspended from the popular sandwich restaurant chain.

“We have already ended our relationship with Jared and have no further comment,” Subway told FOX59 in response to news of a potential plea deal.

In early July, the FBI raided Fogle’s Indiana home with warrants establishing probable cause of Fogle’s connection with a child pornography investigation. A few months prior, Russell Taylor, the former director of the Jared Foundation started by Fogle, was arrested and charged for possessing and producing child pornography.
