When it comes to allegations related to Hunter Biden’s laptop the White House is sticking to its debunked claim of Russian disinformation.

As more reports continue to confirm information from the laptop, White House spokesperson Jen Psaki repeated the “Russian disinformation” statement that mainstream media outlets used to squash the story during the recent presidential election after many social media outlets banned posts on the topic.

On Friday, Peter Doocy of Fox News asked, “The president has said - and you have tweeted that allegations of wrongdoing based on files pulled from Hunter Biden's laptop are Russian disinformation. There is a new book by Politico reporter that finds some of the files on there are genuine. Is the White House still going with Russian disinformation?”

Psaki replied, “I think it's probably known and widely known, Peter, that there was a broad range of Russian disinformation back in 2020.”

Politico recently reported that Ben Schreckinger’s new book, “The Bidens: Inside the First Family’s Fifty-Year Rise to Power,” corroborates much of the New York Post’s pre-election reporting on Hunter Biden’s emails.

Fox News reports:

Politico Playbook published reporting from correspondent Ben Schreckinger's new book 'The Bidens,' which delved into the emails that surfaced in the explosive reporting that was ultimately suppressed by Big Tech.

'A person who had independent access to Hunter Biden’s emails confirmed he did receive a 2015 email from a Ukrainian businessman thanking him for the chance to meet Joe Biden. The same goes for a 2017 email in which a proposed equity breakdown of a venture with Chinese energy executives includes the line, ‘10 held by H for the big guy?’ the Playbook wrote. 'Emails released by a Swedish government agency also match emails in the leaked cache, and two people who corresponded with Hunter Biden confirmed emails from the cache were genuine.'

A post-election poll from the Media Research Center, conducted by McLaughlin & Associates, shows 36 percent of Biden voters were NOT aware of the evidence linking Joe Biden to corrupt financial dealings with China through his son Hunter. Thirteen percent of these voters (or 4.6% of Biden’s total vote) say that had they known these facts, they would not have voted for the former Vice President.
