While President Donald Trump's State of the Union speech Tuesday night was filled with many pro-America moments, perhaps none was quite so poignant as the few minutes he took to pay tribute to two families whose teenage daughters were murdered by illegal alien MS-13 gang members.

In March of last year, police arrested more than a dozen MS-13 gang members for the murders of 15-year-old Nisa Mickens and 16-year-old Kayla Cuevas in Long Island, N.Y., whose bodies were found in September 2016 beaten to death and left to rot.

Trump invited Nisa and Kayla's parents, Elizabeth Alvarado, Robert Mickens, Evelyn Rodriguez and Freddy Cuevas, as his guests during his first State of the Union address.

The emotional tribute was met with roaring applause  -- largely from the right side of the room -- as Trump promised Nisa and Kayla's families that he would secure the border and prevent illegal alien gang crime from harming more American citizens.
