Leave it to “Saturday Night Live” to forget why they exist in the first place — to be be a weekend escape of funny for people after a long week. Unfortunately, in the past eight to 10 years or so, no one gave that memo to those who work at “SNL.”

Molly Kearney, who appears to be doing her “non-binary” best to look like the late Chris Farley in drag, was on the show’s “Weekend Update” segment to talk about the plight of trans kids since they apparently wanted to suck any sign of life the show might’ve had left right out of it.

And yes, for the record, Kearney is supposedly the first person in “SNL” history that identifies as “non-binary.”

As the old Church Lady character might say, “Well, isn’t that special?”

Anyway, when it was Kearney’s time to do her part for far-left politics on the former comedy show, she took full advantage of basically calling most people bigots for not adhering to New York’s pre-approved mental delusions.

“Listen to that Michael – restricting healthcare for kids. For some reason, there’s something about the word ‘trans’ that makes people forget the word, ‘kids,” Kearney said. “If you don’t care about trans kids’ lives, that means you don’t care about freakin’ kids’ lives.”

Let me clarify this for the idiots at “SNL,” where most of the writers probably attended Ivy League indoctrination centers; I would wager that worrying about trans kids mental health rather than mutilating them or chemically castrating them proves that people care about children.

It’s those that call the procedures being performed on young children “gender affirming care,” that might get a little visit from karma at one point or another.

As a long time, former fan of “SNL,” I never thought I’d say it, but that show has outlived its usefulness to the people who watch it, despite it serving a purpose to the propaganda machine that controls it.
