President Obama may be putting forth his biggest executive order yet on immigration, but this isn't the first time President Obama bypassed Congress on this issue.
According to a report from Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) office, the Obama Administration bypassed Congress 76 times in order to push forward measures promoting illegal immigration.
Of those 76, here are the top seven times the Administration has bypassed Congress.
