School Appeals VA Teacher's Return After Public Opposition To Gender Pronoun Policy

Loudoun County Public Schools in Virginia plans to appeal a judge’s order to reinstate physical education teacher Byron Tanner Cross, after suspending him for telling the school board he would not refer to transgender students by their preferred pronouns.

Alliance Defending Freedom says it’s every American’s right to speak their opinion at a public meeting. And it’s unconstitutional for the school district to punish Tanner for exercising his right.
