The Scaramucci Post, the latest venture by former White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci, ran a poll on Twitter asking how many Jews were killed in the Holocaust.
In the Twitter post, which has since been taken down, the Scaramucci Post asked how many Jews were killed the Holocaust, with options ranging from “less than one million” to “more than 5 million.”
This poll was put up by @lancelaifer without consulting @Scaramucci who is traveling in London.

It is generally accepted that of the millions of Holocaust victims, six million were Jewish.
Lance Laifer, who claims he ran the poll, claims the point of the poll was to dispel “ignorance” about the Holocaust:
The intent of the poll was to highlight ignorance of the basic facts of the Holocaust. I take full responsibility for it.

This is @lancelaifer and I apologize if anyone was offended by the Holocaust poll.

The poll came as the Scaramucci Post shared multiple tweets about an Anne Frank Halloween costume getting pulled from stores, asking people for their “Thoughts?”

Scaramucci is allegedly going to be taking "immediate disciplinary action" in response to the poll:
Source close to @Scaramucci says he’s “furious” about Holocaust-denying tweet. It will be taken down as soon as possible...1/2

2/2 and “he’s going to take immediate disciplinary action. At least one person is getting fired.”
