Florida Sen. Marco Rubio pressed Donald Trump during Thursday night’s CNN GOP debate to explain his healthcare plan in further detail.

Trump has failed to provide specifics about his healthcare plan, other than removing artificial lines around the states to allow insurers to sell coverage in more than one state at a time.

“What is your plan?” Rubio asked. “I understand the lines around the state, whatever that means. This is not a game where you draw maps around –“

“And you don’t know what it means,” Trump interjected. “The biggest problem he’s got is he really doesn’t know about the lines. The reason we have no competition is because we have lines around the states and you have essentially monopolies –“

“So your only thing is to get rid of the lines around the states,” Rubio replied. “What else is part of your healthcare plan?”

Trump went on to say that his healthcare strategy includes “lots of competition” among the states with “so many plans.”
