After Melissa McCarthy’s impression of White House press secretary Sean Spicer on “Saturday Night Live” went viral, Twitter lit up with casting suggestions for other members of the Trump administration.

Twitter users encouraged outspoken liberal Rosie O’Donnell to play President Donald Trump’s top adviser Stephen K. Bannon.

She said in a post on Monday that he would readily take up the role on “SNL” – “if called.”

O’Donnell fueled speculation on Thursday of a potential SNL appearance by changing out her previous Twitter profile picture to one of her dressed and styled to look like Mr. Bannon.

A rep for O’Donnell told CNN that she “is not doing ‘SNL,’” just having fun with the idea on Twitter.

The former "The View" co-star has long been a vocal critic of Trump. The two have been exchanging jabs for over a decade.

She often retweets comments by her followers, condemning President Trump and his policies.

“SNL” has found ratings success with its portrayals of Trump administration members, including Alec Baldwin as President Trump, Kate McKinnon as Kellyanne Conway, and Melissa McCarthy as Sean Spicer.

We’ll see what else the late night show has in store.
