It doesn’t really matter what your opinion of special counsel Robert Mueller might be. It’s not right to harass someone while they are at their place of worship observing and celebrating one of the most important days on the calendar. But the media once again displayed its class on Sunday, which happens to all be of the low variety.

MSNBC reporter Mike Viqueira couldn’t give Mueller one day off from the intense scrutiny that followed the redacted release of his two-year report into whether President Donald Trump or his 2016 campaign colluded with the Russian government or obstructed Mueller’s investigation.

Viqueira decided that the end of Easter services on Sunday would be a good time to stick a microphone in Mueller’s face to ascertain whether Mueller would eventually testify before Congress. Viqueira even admitted that he intentionally was attempting to catch Mueller off-guard “upon his exiting of the church.”

“Well, we understood that Robert Mueller was just across Lafayette Square here from downtown Washington at St. John’s Episcopal Church,” Viqueira said, describing the encounter to anchor Alex Witt on Sunday, according to the Daily Caller. “He’s been seen there before over the last several weeks attending services. He was there with Mrs. Mueller at the 9:00 a.m. service. We had a camera crew waiting outside. It was, of course, Easter service. And, yes, we did surprise director Mueller upon his exiting of the church.”

What an absolute parasite! Maybe Viqueira could’ve benefitted from attending church services himself instead of crossing a line that shouldn’t be crossed in attempting to get a soundbite from better men.

Here’s video of Viqueira’s attempt, and failure, to look like a journalist:

The scene that Viqueira put on above could be construed as harassment, depending on who you ask. Mueller clearly stated that he had “no comment” for the reporter, but Viqueira continued on anyway as if he were auditioning to be TMZ’s newest “reporter.”

Notice the very leading question that Viqueira asked Mueller which absolutely revealed his agenda.

“If he were anybody but the president, would Mr. Trump be indicted?” Viqueira asked.

Whether you like him or not, that’s “President Trump” to you, Mr. Viqueira. And no, if Trump were anyone but the president he wouldn’t be indicted. That’s what “no collusion” and “no obstruction” means, or is English something the leftist media is lacking in proficiency on these days?

If you give the media a chance, they will pounce on you like the vipers they are. I’m sorry to actual vipers for the comparison.
