If you can’t win elections, you must change the rules - this seems to be the mantra for some members of the Democratic Party.
Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) is among the liberals that are melting down following the passing of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Nadler took to Twitter Saturday proclaiming that if Trump successfully seats a new Supreme Court justice, Democrats should add seats to the bench if they win control of the Senate in November.

“If Sen. McConnell and @SenateGOP were to force through a nominee during the lame duck session—before a new Senate and President can take office—then the incoming Senate should immediately move to expand the Supreme Court.” Nadler tweeted.
Nadler, who refuses to recognize that Antifa exists and burns things, does seem to recognize the GOP’s ability to replace a vacant seat on the Supreme Court.
“Filling the SCOTUS vacancy during a lame duck session, after the American people have voted for new leadership, is undemocratic and a clear violation of the public trust in elected officials. Congress would have to act and expanding the court would be the right place to start,” Nadler said on Twitter.
The process could begin sooner than the election however.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), has said that a Trump nominee to the vacant court seat “will receive a vote on the floor of the United States Senate.”
President Trump has also taken to Twitter to express his support in moving forward with a replacement for Ginsburg "without delay!"
