REALITY CHECK: Projections Were Way Off, But States Are Still Trampling Rights While the CDC Inflates Death Tolls

Just as the “curve” seems to be “flattening” thanks to the fact that we’ve all been holed up in our houses eating Ramen noodles for a month, the CDC has decided to start counting “probable” COVID-19 fatalities as part of their national total, which states and localities use as justification for tossing all our constitutional rights out the window in the name of protecting us from ourselves. So while we all rush to hand-sew the face masks we’re being told we have to wear to go to grocery stores on certain days, and where we’re told we can only buy certain things, I just have one question: what exactly is the goal, here?

Flattening the curve?

Eliminating a virus?

Or just beating our entire populace into total submission?
