The NFL may largely hate Donald Trump, but college football fans sure don't.
The President and First Lady were met with deafening applause Monday night as the pair walked on to the field just before the National Championship game featuring LSU-Clemson.
Trump and his wife waved to the crowd as chants of “USA” erupted from the stands, quieting only as Louisiana-born Christian music artist Lauren Daigle stepped up to the mic to perform the National Anthem.
This is simply awesome ⬇️🇺🇸

Chants of “U-S-A” ... to which Trump turns and applauds. Looks on as Louisiana’s Lauren Daigle belts out a perfect anthem.
