This Political Cartoonist Just Gave the Best Response to Elizabeth Warren's Ancestry News

In the wake of the (still hilarious) news that Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren may, in fact, be a whole 1/1,024th Native American, one political cartoonist had perhaps the best response to the Democratic lawmaker’s newly revealed genetic makeup – and the irony that comes along with it.

Cartoon artist Patrick Cross posted a powerful image on Twitter Thursday pointing out that if Warren’s infinitesimal sliver of potential Native American heritage is enough to substantiate her long-running claims of being a Cherokee, then surely unborn children – which Warren supports exterminating voluntarily – should enjoy that same consideration over their humanity.

While Warren’s hair-thin strain of Native American ancestry (which may actually be some combination of South American or Mexican heritage, no one’s really sure) is tenuous at its absolute best, there’s no denying that unborn children from the moment of conception are fully human, complete with their own unique sets of 100 percent human DNA.

However, the pro-abortion senator has found the basic scientific fact that unborn children are human insufficient to protect them from being poisoned, dissected and forcibly expelled from their mothers’ wombs based on convenience. Judged by that same standard, Warren’s own whisper of maybe-Native American lineage, while already laughable, just became even more pathetic, and grotesquely hypocritical.
