Ever wonder what all of those presidential debates look like behind the scenes? Here's your chance.

Our MRCTV journalists shared what they saw while during CNN's Democratic presidential debate last night.

The plane ride into Vegas. Window seats FTW with a view of the Hoover Dam.

We finally arrived in Vegas. Next stop, the Wynn hotel and casino where the debate was taking place.

Look what we found hiding behind a tree on our way to the hotel. Is their slogan "Make Vegas Great Again?"

After arriving, we grabbed our press passes. This is the golden ticket. Flash this and you can get anywhere a journalist would want to be.

After that we checked out the media room. This was the calm before the storm.

After checking out the press room, we were pretty hungry, so we scouted out some snacks.

Snack game=strong. It's really key to surviving the long hours of coverage.

And who could forget about the coffee? LOTS of coffee.

After eating our fill, we headed out onto the streets to survey the scene.

As luck would have it, we caught MSNBC's Chris Matthews going for a stroll.

Is he taking a selfie?

Then, we saw the Hillary supporters.

After that, the Bernie Brigade arrived!

One Bernie Sanders fan does not believe the liberal media. We've seen it all folks!

He wasn't alone, though. This guy didn't believe the liberal media either.

Nor did these activists.

After checking out the scene on the streets, we knew the action was going to start soon.

But first we had to get"swag." No debate coverage would be complete without grabbing some.

The Facebook lounge went full IKEA. Top notch swag.

After grabbing our swag, we headed back to the press room to get the show started.

Journalists started filing in, and the games began!

And that's what one day in the life of a journalist hanging out at the CNN debate.
