While giving a press briefing on President Trump’s first 100 days in office, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) repeatedly accused Republicans of having “doo-doo” on their shoes.

Speaking of the Republican plan to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), Pelosi said, “What you see in the GOP haste to pass the bill and Trump trying to cram it down out our throats in the last 100 days—I think President Trump is really making fools of the members of Congress of his own party. He’s asking them to vote for a bill that’s wildly unpopular in the country, is the wrong thing to do first and foremost, there’s going to be doo-doo stuck to their shoe for a long time to come, and with terrible consequences for the American people.”

Speaking of the Republican health care plan again, Pelosi said, “But let me just say this. They are in a lose-lose-lose situation.”

“The president is making them walk the plank on a bill that has, when they brought it up before, had 17 percent support among the American people. It means even the Republicans were not supporting their bill,” Pelosi said. “So if they vote it up—just bringing up is not good—if they vote on it, the minute they vote on it, they put doo-doo on their shoe, tattoo on their forehead, and they have to explain it to their children,” she continued.

Later on during the press conference, Pelosi accused Trump and Republicans of projecting their own “bad intentions” onto other people.”

When they say something about us, they are projecting their own views, like the president is saying today—I don’t know what he’s saying today because he’s saying so many different things, some of them contradictory—but always, when he’s saying something, he’s saying ‘This is what I would do.’ He’s projecting his own bad intentions onto other people.

Democrats appear to be talking about feces a lot lately, with Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) saying her favorite swear word is “poop.”
