The news media aren't the only ones on television pushing an agenda-driven narrative. There are tons of shows all over the small screen landscape that promote liberal propaganda with dangerous--and sometimes hilariously ridiculous--motives on a daily basis.

Welcome to "Pause For a Moment."

Join MRCTV's Nick Kangadis as he painstakingly sits through the worst of television so you don't have to.

This week, Kangadis tackles the BET Soul Train Awards after its host, singer Erykah Badu, took a knee and proclaimed her love of everything Colin Kaepernick instead of performing the customary musical number to open the show in the name of racial equality and social justice.

"The dude [Kaepernick] opted out of his contract with the 49ers and would have had a job with the Baltimore Ravens if it weren’t for his racist girlfirend, Nessa Diab," Kangadis said. "Please stop acting like this guy is a martyr."

Kangadis also laughs out loud at socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-Vt.) receiving a Grammy nomination in the Spoken Word Album category.
