Rep. Eric Swalwell was being himself Thursday evening and interrupted South Bend, Ind. Mayor Pete Buttigieg while he was talking about accountability for police officers when it comes to officer-involved shootings. It didn't look like Buttigieg welcomed Swalwell's interjection in the least.
Once Swalwell attempted to tell Buttigieg how to do his job in a situation that Swalwell has no involvement in, Buttigieg gave Swalwell his thousand-yard stare.
