O’Reilly: Hillary’s Getting the Nomination... ‘Unless She’s In Jail’

On last night’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly said that he thinks Hillary Clinton will get the Democrat nomination for 2016, “unless she’s in jail,” of course.

“What do you think of the race?” Fallon asked. “You have Hillary Clinton. She's basically—she’s going to get the nomination you think, right?

“Unless she’s in jail,” O’Reilly replied. “I mean, that might inhibit it.”

“But she will get the nomination, yeah,” he said.

When asked who he thinks will get the Republican nomination, O’Reilly said he isn’t sure just yet:

“There’s 15 guys, you know. It’s a year and a half out,” he explained.

The O’Reilly Factor host went on to discuss the importance of the 2016 presidential election, calling it “the most important election in my lifetime.”

“This is the most important election in my lifetime—2016—because the country is split,” he said. “It’s a split thing and we need to decide, we as Americans, which direction we want to go.”

“Do we want to go traditional capitalism or do we want this brave new progressive world?” O’Reilly asked.

“And that’s what's at stake in this election.”
