At New York City’s pride parade on June 25th, Governor Kathy Hochul (D) signed legislation declaring New York State a “safe haven” for transgender kids.
As many states have started passing laws outlawing gender-affirming care and protecting children from genital mutilation, New York state’s new law will instead allow transgender ideology to run rampant.
New York State is designating itself as a "save haven" for minors seeking gender transition procedures, including puberty blockers and sex reassignment surgeries.
The law invites any child to come to New York to receive gender-affirming care including , forbidding New York’s state and local authorities from cooperating with out-of-state agencies. It also prevents gender-affirming care for children to be considered child abuse and bars state courts from enforcing the laws of other states that might authorize a child to be taken away if the parents decide to provide such care.

Hochul also mandated that "any law, rule, regulation, or resolution" now use gender-neutral language, such as “they,” “them,” and “theirs.”
"As the birthplace of the modern movement for LGBTQ+ rights, New York is proud to protect, defend, and affirm our LGBTQ+ community," Hochul told the crowd. "From Stonewall to Marriage Equality to GENDA, New Yorkers have been on the forefront of the fight for equal rights. Now, as other states target LGBTQ+ people with bigotry and fear mongering, New York is fighting back."
New York is becoming the birthplace of absolute madness, not human rights movements. By signing this legislation, all Hochul is doing is encouraging the mentally ill and putting America’s children in serious danger.
Endangering children and lying to sick people’s faces is not what standing up for human rights looks like – in fact, it's quite the opposite.
According to the Washington Free Beacon, New York is not the only state enacting such terrifying laws. Three other states – California, Colorado, and Washington – also violently incentivize minors to travel to their state to receive transgender treatments or surgeries without parental consent.
Hochul signed this new law the same weekend New York City pride marchers chanted “We’re here, we’re queer, we’re coming for your children,” as reported on by MRCTV earlier this week.
It is horribly ironic that the rainbow mafia and its allies are chanting “we’re coming for your children” and passing laws that circumvent parental consent in these matters. Of course they're coming for children - and they don't want the parents to get in the way.
