Most people with a rational, logic-based mindset have felt that the prosecution of former President and current Republican nominee for president Donald Trump, particularly in New York City, are nothing more than a tactic by opposition to keep the man from running for office again, let alone possibly win back the White House. But, what happens when someone with firsthand knowledge of the situation admits that the whole thing is a “travesty of justice?”

Podcaster and political commentator Steven Crowder’s “Mug Club Undercover” have released video of a high-ranking U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) official outright saying that the prosecution of Trump, both in New York and Georgia, is “disgusting.”

The man captured on undercover video, of whom Crowder reminds viewers is “not the bad guy” in this situation, is Chief of Public Affairs for the Southern District of New York (SDNY) division of the DOJ, Nicholas Biase.

Here’s part of what Biase had to say about New York City District Attorney (DA) Alvin Bragg and his case against Trump:

Biase: “The whole thing is disgusting. And they’re just out to get him [Trump].”

“You know, it’s a perversion of justice.”

“He [Alvin Bragg] was stacking charges and rearranging things just to make it fit a case. To be honest with you, I think the case is nonsense.”

“This guy’s probably going to try to lock him [Trump] up. There is going to be — it’s going to be ugly. They’re so obsessed with getting him [Trump].”

Undercover Reporter: “Who is they?”

Biase: “The Democrats.”

“Alvin Bragg, who I’ve known for 15 years. He used to work in my office.”

“Before he decided to prosecute Trump, did you know who he was? You do now.”

The focus was primarily on the New York case since Biase does his work for the SDNY. However, Biase said the following about Fulton County DA Fani Willis and the case against Trump in Georgia:

“It’s a travesty of justice to put it mildly. It’s a mockery of justice. She [Willis] is a joke. Like her and her boyfriend she was seeing, the whole thing is disgusting. And, they’re just out to get him [Trump].”

I’ll leave what Biase’s words spell out for all of you so that you can decide for yourselves.
