There are plenty of people in Hollywood who are both activists and morons, which pretty much goes hand in hand at this point. Actress Susan Sarandon is one of those activist morons. She’s a great actress, but politics and geopolitics aren’t exactly her strong suits — even though she’s been an activist for decades now.

Breitbart is reporting that Sarandon spoke at a pro-Palestinian rally in New York last Friday and essentially said that Jewish people currently being persecuted in the U.S. is okay, because now they know what it’s like to be a Muslim in the U.S.

“There are a lot of people afraid of being Jewish at this time, and are getting a taste of what it feels like to be a Muslim in this country,” Sarandon said, according to the Breitbart article.

Some in social media circles have begun calling Sarandon “Gaza Susan,” taking a page out of the book of “Hanoi” Jane Fonda.

Sarandon, who is neither Jewish nor Muslim, must have forgotten about the countless number of Islamic terrorist attacks carried out against the U.S. and the Western world. I’d love for her to name me one time where a Jew carried out the same level of terrorism on the U.S.

It always seems to come back to one group of people, those that inhabit “the religion of peace.” I’m not talking about mass shootings. Although, one could say that those acts are a form of terrorism, but mostly those are carried out because the person is out of their mind for one reason or another. And sure, the type of person we would typically think of as a “terrorist” has to have some degree of mental breakdown as well.

But, in my lifetime and before, whenever there’s been a big attack against the west — or in particular the U.S. — it’s been done by the people I mentioned above, hardcore Islamic fundamentalists.

I’m not even necessarily saying that because of those bad apples in the bunch that they deserve persecution, but to equate the current persecution of Jews in the U.S. with the Muslims is laughable at best.
