Go figure. These people are unbelievable. They’d rather your sons and daughters be sent to die for little to no reason than have peace and prosperity for the country. Who am I talking about? I’m talking about the “Deep State” that those who would be considered in that realm want you to believe doesn’t exist.
According to a report by Daily Caller, Director of National Intelligence (DNI) nominee Tulsi Gabbard is apparently the target of groups with ties to “left-wing organizations, intelligence agencies and defense contractors.”
The outlet reported the following:
Numerous officials that signed a letter opposing Tulsi Gabbard’s nomination for Director of National Intelligence (DNI) are tied to groups targeting “election misinformation,” left-wing organizations, intelligence agencies and defense contractors.
Certain members of Foreign Policy for America, the group behind the letter, are linked to entities from Lockheed Martin to George Soros’s Open Society Foundations. Nearly 100 national security officials published a letter calling for a “thorough vetting” of Gabbard, and it was addressed to Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and soon-to-be Majority Leader John Thune.
What?! You mean to tell me that defense contractors who stand to make billions of dollars off the misery of people around the world, at the expense of the American taxpayer, don’t want someone to be the DNI that would hold them accountable?
And George Soros? Who would’ve thought that the guy who has brought misery to, possibly, billions of people around the world also wouldn’t care for people to be in charge who would rebuff their attempts at world domination? Yes, I said it.
Alexa Henning, transition spokeswoman for Gabbard, spoke to the Daily Caller and told the outlet that revelations like this are “a perfect example of why President Trump chose Tulsi Gabbard for this position.”
“These unfounded attacks are from the same geniuses who have blood on their hands from decades of faulty ‘intelligence,’ including the non-existent weapons of mass destruction,” Henning said. “These intel officials continue to use classification as a partisan weapon to smear and imply things about their political enemy without putting the facts out.”
While their practices seem consistently nefarious in nature, these groups and organizations combatting the Gabbard nomination—among others — might garner a modicum of respect if they quit subverting American culture and just laid out why they’re against whatever it is they’re against at the time.
Alas, they would be “swamp dwellers” if they didn’t have a little slime on them.
