This week, MRCTV headed down to Washington D.C. for the first day of two protests by pro-Palestinian — and some pro-Hamas — activists in front of the Department of State. The protest was held to call for the “end of the [Israeli] siege on Gaza.”
While participants were instructed to bring pots and pans with them to beat on so they could make as much noise as possible outside the government building. Of course, activists aren’t that punctual, so by the time they began really making noise most of the 9 to 5’ers were in the process of leaving for the day.
Anyway, the head speaker for the event began to rattle off cherry-picked information — or misinformation, so yours truly decided to do a little digging to see either what she was fibbing about.
