Some people are dumb. I mean, really dumb. Your average leftist activist, for example, places really high on the Dumb-o-Meter. Trust me. I’ve spoken to more of them than I’d like to admit — for work, of course. There are different types of activists, but a common thread is their lack of intelligence.
So, it should come as no surprise that one of them would directly contradict themselves while demanding boycotts of large companies.
In video that is going viral on X/Twitter, an activist can be heard calling for boycotts of multiple companies, including Nike. There’s only one problem.
A close-up on that exact activist’s shoes shows what? Yep. You guessed it. She’s wearing Nikes.

It just goes to show that no matter how “dedicated” activists might be towards being anti-capitalist, you simply can’t beat — or necessarily avoid — the choice of products that capitalism brings.
It’s possible that those were her only pair of shoes. Who knows? But maybe, just maybe, don’t call for a boycott of a company you’re literally telling people to avoid.
Chalk up another “L” for the activist brigade.
