During Wednesday evening's NBC News GOP Presidential Debate emanating from Miami, Florida, the third Republican debate in the 2024 election cycle, candidate Vivek Ramaswamy drew cheers and shock when he called out both the media and the leadership of the Republican National Committee (RNC).
Ramaswamy blamed RNC leadership, specifically chairwoman Ronna McDaniel, for continuing to schedule debate with legacy media outlets that don't have the best interests of the American people as their motivation, invoked the names of former Fox News host Tucker Carlson, podcaster Joe Rogan and X owner Elon Musk as people who should be hosting a debate and even asked a question of one of the moderators as to their role in allegedly rigging elections.
"Think about who's moderating this debate," Ramaswamy said. "This should be Tucker Carlson, Joe Rogan and Elon Musk. We'd have 10 times the viewership, asking questions GOP primary voters actually care about and brining more people into our party."
Ramaswamy then pivoted and actually posed a question to one of NBC News' moderators, Kristen Welker.

After Welker didn't answer with anything other than a grin on her face, Ramaswamy then dropped a bomb of an allegation against the entire media.
"This is how we get our country back!" Ramaswamy continued. "We need accountability, because this media rigged the 2016 election, they rigged the 2020 election with the Hunter Biden/laptop story and they're gonna rig this election unless we have accountability."
