Netflix announced on Monday that it will release a film celebrating Louis Farrakhan, the leader of the Nation of Islam and an open anti-Semite.

The announcement comes just one day after the company claimed to shift their focus on creating more family-friendly content.

The show, which is produced by Farrakhan’s son, is called “The Honourable Minister Louis Farrakhan: My Life’s Journey Through Music,” and will be released on August 1st.

Farrakhan announced the release of the show on Twitter Monday, where he lost his verification check mark last month after tweeting a video of himself with the caption, “Thoroughly and completely unmasking the Satanic Jew and the Synagogue of Satan.”

The tweet was not the first instance of anti-Semitism from Farrakhan.

He once called Hitler a “very great man” and blamed Jews for 9/11.

Farrakhan's history of anti-Semitism and homophobia is documented here.
