At this point in time, saying that the media is in the tank for liberals is kind of like saying that water is wet. If there were a World's Big Book of Duh, it would be right there in black and white, next to "the sky is blue."
Meanwhile, building a nice cozy summer home in Opposite Land, there’s MSNBC's Joy Reid, who hilariously claimed on Monday that there’s “nothing so predictable as media spin in favor of Republicans,” thereby apparently nullifying my entire job at an organization that’s made its bread and butter – and quite a bit of it – on the exact opposite premise.
Here's Reid, sounding crazy:

It turns out I wasn’t the only one who spewed covfefe all over my keyboard at Reid’s tweet (after, of course, checking twice that it hadn’t been fired off from some parody account a la the fake Maxine Waters). Roughly 17 craploads of Twitter users immediately piled on to Reid’s delusional comment, firing up a deluge of hilarious memes and responses to the mere suggestion that the media ever spins things to the right. (Spoiler alert: they don't.)
