UPDATE: Car Explosion At U.S. Canadian Border - Gov't Says Not a Terrorist Attack

Fox News is reporting that the FBI is investigating a vehicle explosion Wednesday at the Rainbow Bridge border crossing between the U.S. and Canada.

Fox News reports:

New York Governor Kathy Hochul said the incident happened at 11:27 a.m. when someone driving a car crashed into a median at the border crossing. She added that there's "no sign" that the incident was a terrorist attack, adding that a "local individual" was involved and both people inside the car died.

 

All bridges were closed in the area, and all government buildings were evacuated. As the incident initially was being treated as a possible attack.
