You have to admit that the leftist media tried.

Coverage of President Donald Trump’s cabinet picks by the leftist media have been almost uniformly negative. Still, Trump’s picks are getting confirmed.

“In fact, we did a study on the coverage of Trump's cabinet picks from the big three networks over at Media Research Center. 96% of that coverage is negative,” MRCTV’s Eric Scheiner recently told OAN's Nights with Chris Boyle.

MRC analysts examined all coverage of Trump’s cabinet appointees on ABC, CBS, and NBC’s evening newscasts from December 1 through December 14. The study primarily focused on Trump’s intended Defense Secretary (Pete Hegseth), FBI Director (Kash Patel), and Director of National Intelligence (Tulsi Gabbard), though it also included the other sparsely-discussed appointments. Throughout the two week period, Trump’s nominees earned a combined total of just over one full hour: 60 minutes and 47 seconds.

But the bias doesn’t stop there.

“We actually did a study on Google and people searching. And guess what? It came out pretty much the same way, the information that came on the top of your Google page - all leftist media sources, we're talking PBS, NPR, The New York Times,” Scheiner added.

MRC researchers consistently found a glut of leftist articles and personal attacks when searching Google for the names of Trump’s cabinet nominees along with Brendan Carr and Kash Patel, his picks to head the Federal Communications Commission and the FBI, respectively. Using media bias ratings firm AllSides, MRC researchers found that Google consistently provided double-digit ratios in favor of leftist content in the general and News tab searches performed on Dec. 26 and Jan. 2. The search giant presented no fewer than 10 times more articles from leftist sources than right-leaning sources including a host of vicious media attacks on the nominees.

Despite these efforts by leftist media and big tech, Trump's cabinet is coming together and getting confirmed.
