Missing Trump yet?

If so, you’re in luck – the former president announced this week that he’ll be back holding public rallies as early as next month, even as the Biden administration struggles under a barrage of criticism for failing policies on energy, the border, foreign policy, and “social justice.”

According to The Hill, Trump, who has already announced his intentions to run for president in 2024, will hold at least two events in June and one in July, though details about exactly where and when have yet to be released. If true, the events will mark the 45th president’s return to the regular stage – and, potentially, the campaign trail – since his January 6 rally in Washington, D.C., the one exception being a speech he gave at the Conservative Political Action Conference in February.

Stripped of his ability to talk to his supporters directly vie Facebook and Twitter, Trump has struggled to maintain the same up-front presence he did during most of his time in the White House. Most recently, he launched a website called "From the Desk of Donald Trump," a scaled down, social media-type website that regularly posts Trump's statements in lieu of his being able to use Twitter.

Since Trump left office, the Biden administration, first ushered in by Democrats and the liberal media as the country's anti-Trump savior, has come under heavy scrutiny as inflation soars, gas prices continue to rise, jobs continue to fall woefully short of expectations, the border crisis far surpasses all manageability, and Israel and Palestine teeter on the brink of all-out war.
