According to the Daily Wire's coverage, the thousands of migrants from Honduras and neighboring countries have resumed their march through Mexico in order to illegally immigrate to the United States of America,

The mob swelled to at least 5,000 people — some estimates go as high as 10,000 — and once past police dressed in riot gear, they resumed their trek to the U.S.-Mexico border. The throng is currently marching toward the Mexican town of Tapachula, "10 abreast in a line stretching approximately a mile," the Associated Press reported.

At the Suchiate River, some 700 federal police officers from Mexico made no attempt to intervene as hundreds of young men dropped off the bridge into the water, then swam, floated or rafted to Mexico. They are still nearly 1,800 miles from El Paso, Texas, and Google Maps says that would take 573 hours on foot.

The Daily Caller noted how the AP received backlash in an earlier version of their article which referred to this event as a "...ragged, growing army of migrants" when commentators such as Jamil Smith of Rolling Stone replied “This is not only incorrect, but it enables a racist narrative sold by this @POTUS and his supporters. Armies invade. These people are running away.”

While Trump seems to have toned down the intensity of his rhetoric (compared to his threats to withhold billions in aid from Honduras or use the American military to secure the border), he seems to have a calm confidence in his ability to control the situation with an as-of-yet untold plan.

During a campaign rally in Elko, Nevada Trump remarked “We’re going to figure it out," but saying that he would keep the specific details of his plans “low key until the election.”

"They’re not coming into this country.” he affirmed.

This march of migrants seems to have gathered incredible numbers, overcoming short setbacks by quite literally destroying obstacles in its path
