Michael Moore: ‘You Should Be Afraid’ of White People – They ‘Have Not Changed’

3.3k views

Filmmaker and avid President Trump critic Michael Moore in an interview with the Rolling Stone this week said that he refuses to participate in “post-racial America” because “white people have not changed.”

Moore took his remarks a step further, saying that non-white Americans should be “afraid” of white people and avoid them at all costs:

“I refuse to participate in post-racial America,” Moore told Rolling Stone’s “Useful Idiots” podcast. “I refuse to say, ‘Because we elected Obama that suddenly that means everything’s OK, white people have changed.’ White people have not changed,” he said.

“Two-thirds of all white guys voted for Trump,” he said. “That means anytime you see three white guys walking at you, down the street toward you, two of them voted for Trump. You need to move over to the other sidewalk because these are not good people that are walking toward you. You should be afraid of them.”

Moore added that “woke” white people like him are seen as “traitors to our race.”

“We’re traitors to our race, that’s how they see us,” he said.

He made these remarks after suggesting on the podcast that the Flint Water Crisis was intentional and meant to target black people.

Moore in a recent interview with Democracy Now! predicted that Trump would win reelection come 2020. He said that whomever the Democratic presidential nominee may be would win the popular vote by 4 to 5 million people, as people in blue states would come out to vote in droves this time around. He said that the “problem” is that Trump voters especially in the Midwest are “even more rabid” now than before, and Democrats need to choose someone progressive in order to win.
