It always plays out the same way. There's a terrible mass shooting. Before the blood on the ground is dry, liberals go into full political mode and start pushing for new gun control laws. When they fail to get these laws passed, the left blames the National Rifle Association, claiming that the organization has bought off politicians and that conservatives are so beholden to N.R.A money that they won't stand up to them and pass Democrat-sponsored "common-sense" gun control legislation.
But if this is true, then what's in it for the N.R.A? That's the question I answer in this week's episode of "Mic Drop."
