In this week’s Wacky Moments of Leftist Extremism:

MSNBC’s Joy Reid spread some fake news on the Tuesday edition of The ReidOut when she claimed that Georgia is preventing people from voting early in the state’s Senate runoff  because state law requires that Robert E. Lee’s birthday be celebrated. In the reality, the holiday being observed is Thanksgiving. It seems nobody explained this to Reid.

MSNBC anchor Andrea Mitchell said with a straight face that the wildly dysfunctional election board in Maricopa County, Arizona has "some of the best vote-counting processes" despite the fact that it takes nearly a week after a election for them to gather the complete election results reported. Apparently, Mitchell thinks this is normal behavior in a functioning democracy.

ABC’s The View was busy brewing up false narratives about what the exit polls showed and made an unsupported assertion that GOP leaders were going to put forth legislation to raise the voting age to 28. Of course, none of what they said was supported with evidence – but that’s a hallmark of claims made by hosts of The View.

MSNBC host Joy Reid spent the last segment of her Thursday night show doing the two things she does best - throwing a tantrum and lying. This time it was about proposed changes to Virginia’s educational standards that have been proposed.
