When the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, the leftists in the media became apoplectic. In their crazed view a “rigged” Supreme Court had “thrown acid into the faces” of abortion supporters causing an “earthquake” and empowering “fascists.”
The liberal media often question the legitimacy of the highest court in the land over rulings they dislike. But just a few years ago, they accused former President Trump of “assaulting institutions” when he would criticize courts for ruling against his policy initiatives. The double standard is laughable.
CNN’s Brian Stelter took issue with the split screens that many television news networks used while covering SCOTUS, with pictures of pro-life people cheering one one side and pro-abortion activists crying and screaming on the other. That 50/50 split made Stelter upset because, he found it to be “distorting” the issue.

Along with their comrades over on MSNBC, CNN became unmoored Thursday morning in their reactions to the Supreme Court dealing a blow to the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) authority in regulating greenhouse gas emissions, arguing the Court doesn’t want to save Earth by “addressing climate change” and leveled “a blow” to the “administrative state.”
On Thursday afternoon, ABC's Good Morning America (GMA) tweeted a video of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson being sworn in to replace the now-retired Stephen Breyer with the obviously false caption claiming "Ketanji Brown Jackson is sworn in as the first Black Supreme Court justice in U.S. history." This is despite the fact that she is the third black justice (behind Thurgood Marshall & Clarence Thomas). But, facts are tough for leftists.
