Saturday was supposed to be the big day of “Impeach Trump” rallies across the country so liberals could show just how much they wanted to oust the president out of office.
What was the biggest problem they encountered? Barely anyone attended the events.
Over 140 rallies held by MoveOn and other leftist organizations were expected through Southern California and across the nation, according to Mercury News. The limited turnouts caught the attention of President Trump.
“Yesterday was the Radical Left Democrats big Impeachment day,” Trump tweeted Sunday. “They worked so hard to make it something really big and special but had one problem - almost nobody showed up.”

Fox News reports, about 300 people turned out to the rally in New York… in New York.
Other protests showed even less individuals willing to try and shout the president out of the White House. In San Rafael, California, footage from KGO-TV shows a grand total of 2 people holding signs on a street corner looking rather… odd.
In Orange County, maybe about 30 individuals hit the streets to make their voices heard.
“Look at that. This could be the big resistance of the day here in Orange County,” a man recording the Orange Country rally sarcastically said on a video posted to twitter. “This is pathetic.”
Media outlets across the country reported these gatherings for what they were, with the Los Angeles Daily News saying, “Pro-impeachment rallies are scattered across Southern California, all relatively small and calm.” The Oregonian stated, “‘Impeach Trump’ rally in downtown Portland draws small crowd.” And Lehighvalleylive.com reported, “Impeach Trump rally draws dozens, and 1 counter-protester who calls him 'greatest president since Ronald Reagan.’”
With such a low turnout rate at these rallies, one might wonder: Is this a sign of things to come when it's time to turnout at the polls?
