“Denial and dysfunction” are how the leftist media are describing the Trump administration’s response to COVID-19. They claim the administration failed to take the virus seriously - but they seriously need to look at their own coverage downplaying the epidemic.
While President Trump was declaring a public health emergency (Jan.31) and instituting travel bans, the media was more concerned about the flu.
Even after it was announced VP Mike Pence was to lead the White House Coronavirus task force (Feb. 26) that was formed in January, mainstream media was still downplaying the severity of Coronavirus.
