Some people have little to no class at all. Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) is one of those people.
Waters was invited to deliver a eulogy at the funeral for civil rights activist and comedian Dick Gregory. However, instead of merely remembering and celebrating the life of Gregory, Waters decided to railroad President Trump, because — well, she’s Maxine Waters.
“I’m cleaning out the White House,” Waters said in her typical arrogant fashion. “We’re going to sanitize the White House.”
Not only did Waters not respect the tradition of giving a eulogy, but she used extreme terms like “sanitize” in order to convince those in the audience, and possibly herself, that she is brave in the face of the Trump administration.
Waters didn’t shy away from disparaging Trump with all her animus.
“Then comes along this person [Trump],” Waters said with disgust. “This person does not respect you. This dishonorable human being who cheats everybody.”
It’s funny that Waters talks about being “dishonorable” considering that the group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) named Waters one of the most corrupt politicians in Washington D.C. in 2005, 2006, 2009 and 2011 for various reasons.
But Waters wasn’t done roasting Trump — err, eulogizing Gregory. Yeah. We’ll go with that.
“This dishonorable human being who had the 'Alt-Right,' the KKK and everybody else inside his cabinet,” Waters continued. “This dishonorable human being who can criticize everybody but Putin and Russia.”
Of course, without fail, Waters brought race into the equation.
“Not only are we going to clean out the White House,” Waters blathered on, “we’re going to take back the house that slaves built.”
She’s talking about the Egyptian pyramids, right?
Finally, Waters closed with her usual impeachment portion of any statement she makes.
“When I get through with Donald Trump,” Waters said pointing out to the crowd, “he’s going to wish he’d been impeached.”
Someone please get Waters her meds. Or, if she’s not on any, someone please get her some.
