This past Saturday was the one year anniversary of Roe v. Wade being overturned by the Supreme Court. While life-affirming groups visited the Lincoln Memorial to celebrate the occasion, the pro-aborts gathered in front of Union Station in Washington D.C. for a Women’s March honoring abortion. They titled this particular rally “We Are Still The Resistance.”
MRCTV visited D.C. to hear from the pro-aborts and check out what they had to say about the current climate of abortion “rights” in the nation.
Many insisted that “penises” needed to be regulated so that women wouldn’t become pregnant and “need” abortions. While that may help the issue given that it takes two to tango, you don’t abort unfertilized semen - that’s not a thing.
Others claimed that women should choose “if and how many children to have.” Certainly, and that starts with safe sex, not abortions.
A “Christian” claimed that a baby’s life doesn’t begin until it’s born and yet that she claims she chose to enter her mothers womb. Seriously, these people make no sense.
Event organizers even likened abortion to using the bathroom. Yeah, that’s logical. The same logic must have come from when they brought their kids to this anti-life rally. Others insisted that pro-lifers may need “de-escalation” and that they’re “extremists.” Yeah, the ones who want to save life are the ones who are the “extremists.”
All in all, the left has shown time and time and time again that they will say and do whatever it takes to show that they’re unashamedly and unabashedly in this fight, this so-called “resistance” to life and their passionate desire to keep killing innocent babies.
