It took mere moments after Politico broke the story that a leaked draft opinion showed the Supreme Court means to overturn Roe v. Wade, and the pro-abortion left went into full meltdown mode, triggering primal screams across the nation from liberals upset that women may not enjoy the universal right to murder their own preborn children.
Within hours, abortion advocates had gathered on the steps of the Supreme Court to rant at the sky, scrawling “F*** SCOTUS” and other profane messages on the sidewalk in red paint.

One woman tried to lead the group in an organized collective scream (it didn’t go so well).

Over on MSNBC, Rachel Maddow had a totally normal one, lamenting that the decision could “ban abortion nationwide” (which, it wouldn’t, but who cares about facts?).

Over on Twitter, leftists heads were exploding from coast to coast. Donald Trump’s niece had a breakdown.
Fuck this illegitimate SCOTUS. Fuck the Republican party that enabled this. And if you don't care that this decision makes women second-class citizens, fuck you too. We don't have the luxury of time--we need to fight NOW. It's Democrats vs. Fascists in 2022. Vote accordingly.

This Slate podcaster inaccurately claiming the decision means women have “zero right to bodily autonomy.
the absolutely whiplash of a timeline full of only tweets of carefree celebrities on a red carpet at the Met gala and tweets about SCOTUS deciding women have zero right to bodily autonomy

Here’s Ellie Mystal tying abortion to voting rights, because, of course.
As I log off, I will remind you all that the order of operations for conservative SCOTUS was important. They had to take away voting rights by eviscerating the Voting Rights Act BEFORE they could take away abortion.

They're counting on voter suppression to blunt the backlash.
Of course, if SCOTUS does overturn Roe, that decision would kick the issue of abortion back to states, allowing each one to determine what laws they'll enact - or repeal - governing a woman's legal ability to terminate her baby.
But, since it apparently needs to be said out loud, nothing - no law, no statute, no executive order or governor's mandate, gives anyone the "right" to murder an innocent child. And any law or lawmaker claiming to do so is simply codifying an abhorrent evil.
