Loudoun County Commonwealth's Attorney Buta Biberaj submitted Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests for communications between county supervisors, reporters and political opponents.
WJLA reports, Biberaj submitted the FOIA requests with her official government email and her official government title.
As a result some claim Biberaj is misusing her office and government funds for political and personal reasons.

America First Legal believes this his could be a violation of Loudoun County Ordinance 253.04, which makes it a misdemeanor to misuse county assets if the value of the assets used exceeds $1,000 in a 12-month period.
The organization notes:
This is the same Biberaj that was not only a member of the infamous "Anti-Racist Parents of Loudoun County" group that put together an enemies list of parents in March of 2021, but also personally participated in its nefarious activities.
