According to leaked documents reported on by Fox News, the Biden administration has since March released more than 120,000 illegal aliens into the United States after having crossed the border illegally – including some 30,000 made eligible for work permits.

Of those 120,000, more than 70,000 have been released in the roughly two months since August 6.

The documents show about 94,000 were released into the U.S. with a “Notice to Report,” which simply requires them to notify ICE of their presence whenever they reach their final destination in the country. (The order differs from a “Notice to Appear,” which actual sets a hearing date for the person to report to immigration court.)

Another 32,000, on the other hand, were released on parole, which leaves them eligible for certain social benefits and work permits. By law, the rule is to be applied narrowly and only when federal officials determine a person should be admitted because of “significant humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit.”

As of August 31, agents with U.S. Customs and Border Protection have apprehended more than 1.4 million illegal aliens at the Southwest U.S. border, blowing recent yearly records out of the water. Roughly 200,000 were caught in July, with another 195,000 apprehended in August.

Multiple reports have confirmed the Biden administration has been releasing illegal aliens into the country without a Notice to Appear in court to avoid overcrowding detention facilities and the bad press that comes with them.
