Yahoo! Global News Anchor Katie Couric will attend a Wednesday night screening for “Under the Gun," an anti-gun film that, according to the film's website, "examines the events and people who have kept the gun debate fierce and the progress slow, even as gun deaths and mass shootings continue to increase.”

“In the gun debate, truth is the ultimate weapon,” is the film's tagline.

Couric was the executive producer for the project and also narrates the film. The liberal Center For American Progress is sponsoring the screening.

According to a glowing review in “Variety,” “again and again, the film’s boogeyman is the National Rifle Assn.” The film interviews anti-gun activists such as parents of children killed in the Sandy Hook massacre, former Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, and Moms Demand Action founder Shannon Watts.

Katie Couric’s long history of liberal bias is well documented, but she is no stranger to big screen political propaganda disguised as a documentary. In 2014, Couric produced the film “Fed Up,” a one-sided documentary that targeted the food industry and the “Girl Scouts of America.”

The screening for “Under the Gun" will be held at 7 p.m. at the Navy Memorial Theater in Washington D.C. Check out this clip of Couric and the film's director, Stephanie Soechtig, discussing the project:
