For the first time in history, a gender-confused lawyer will argue before the U.S. Supreme Court for the sexual mutilation of underage children.

Oral arguments begin on Wednesday, disputing a Tennessee Law that protects minors from irreversible gender “transition” procedures. The legislation bars doctors from prescribing puberty blockers and hormone “therapy” and performing Frankenstein-like surgeries on small children who haven’t even learned how to spell their names yet.

Seems reasonable. But not to Chase Strangio, the “transgender” attorney arguing this case. In fact, he believes 2-year-olds already know when they want to switch genders!

In a friendly interview with CNN, Strangio, a biological woman who represents the ACLU, laid out her plans to twist the case into a fight for “civil rights.”

“The question is really a simple one,” she asserted. “This is a law that bans medical treatment only when it is prescribed inconsistent with an individual’s sex,” it continued.

In fact, the only correct part of Strangio’s statement is that it is indeed simple: should doctors be allowed to cosmetically chop up vulnerable children to affirm their imagination? While the answer is an obvious "No," this lawyer argues they must be allowed to do so, or else it’s “sex discrimination.”

Therefore, she told CNN, “it’s unconstitutional.”

Gee, I don’t remember the right to abuse minors in the guise of “medical care” being included in that founding document.

But according to Strangio, it provides “critical benefits” to gender dysphoric kids and teenagers because of our federal agencies and their taxpayer-sponsored “long term studies” say so.

Ah yes, like the federally funded study whose woke researcher sat on for nine years because it disproved her claim that medically “affirming” childrens’ gender delusions makes their lives any better. But as true Leftist protocol preaches, whatever the government says goes!

Unless it’s Tennessee or any other state defending themselves against federal interference.
