Since when is it okay again for a man to hit a woman? We used to call this “abuse,” something gender equality advocates of yesteryear actually rallied against.

But today’s “progressives,” including our Olympic overlords cannot define what a woman is. Therefore, it seems pummeling a woman is now a “glorified” step toward gender equity.

At least that’s how female sports advocate Riley Gaines describes the International Olympic Committee throwing women under the bus to “validate” the “feelings and identity of men.”

In an interview with Fox and Friends, Gaines lambasted the IOC’s defensive response to female boxer Angela Carini quitting her Olympic match to “save her life” after facing blows she’s never felt before from an opponent with elevated levels of testosterone and “XY” chromosomes.

“You would have more hope…at least I did in the International Olympic Committee to trust science, to prioritize the safety of women,” she told the host, Kayleigh McEnany.

In their statement, the IOC said any rule change “should be based on scientific evidence.” Still, they doubled down on allowing both Carini’s opponent, Imane Khelif and Taiwaneese boxer, Lin Yu-ting to enter their respective women’s boxing competitions despite failing their gender requirements last year.

According to the IOC, the two boxers count as women, because their passports say “female”…. And that’s apparently “science.” Making them show proof of normal testosterone and "XX" chromosomes is “arbitrary,” their statement suggests.

Meanwhile, Lin Yu-ting easily won a fight against Uzbekistan's female boxer, Sitora Turdibekova on Friday.

“There are rumors out there these athletes aren’t actually transgender or athletes who identify as trans, but instead they’re athletes with a DSD, which would be a diagnosed sex disorder… but nonetheless, they have a Y chromosome,” Gaines continued.

“If you have a 'Y' chromosome, you are a male and males do not belong in women’s sports.”
