“Justice, justice shall you pursue” (Deuteronomy 16:11) is one of the most commonly hailed phrases in our nation’s courts of law. But apparently, it doesn’t apply to women seeking justice for being discriminated against in sports.

A judge ruled on Monday that San Jose State University (SJSU) may allow a biological man to compete on their Women’s Volleyball team, just days before their conference tournament is set to kick off against other schools, the Daily Wire reports.

The two opponents their university is supposed to play have both already forfeited their match to protest the unfair advantage SJSU has by including Blaire Fleming, a “transgender” male athlete, on its team. If they refuse to play, SJSU will be handed an automatic win.

Players from other colleges had filed a lawsuit against SJSU that was even co-signed by its own team’s former coach. In fact, the school had suspended her for filing the Title IX complaint and for speaking out against them forcing her to recruit a man.

But a Biden-appointed federal judge named S. Kato Crews shot the suit down, citing the administration’s re-write of Title X, which now includes "gender identity" as a federally-protected characteristic and negates the very reason Title X was implemented in the first place, which was to protect women.

“All San José State University student-athletes are eligible to participate in their sports under NCAA and Mountain West Conference rules,” the school said in a statement to Outkick. “We are gratified that the Court rejected an eleventh-hour attempt to change those rules,” it continued, citing the same phrase used by Crews.

Except, both the judge and the school have it backwards: It was an “eleventh-hour” decision to cheat female competitors after they’ve been doing everything they can to make SJSU restore fairness for a while. In fact, five other college teams have previously forfeited their games to protest the university.

That number is about to rise to seven.

Knowing this, SJSU smugly continued that their team “looks forward to competing in the Mountain West volleyball tournament this week.”
