One Christian street preacher is going viral for bravely applying the famous Bible verse, Psalm 23:4 - which reads: “I walk through the valley of the shadow of death” - to a near-death reality.

Kevin Kihara of the California branch of Christ’s Forgiveness Ministries (CFM) was in the middle of a speech on freedom from captivity through a Christian perspective, reports the Daily Caller, when a crazed lunatic who appeared to be a man in women’s clothing interrupted him.

“I’ll try harder,” Kihara responded to the deranged man’s inaudible screaming, before telling the man, “But you need to try less being like somebody you’re not, and start to humble yourself and be somebody that God made you to be."

“He didn’t make a man to be a woman. He made the man to be a man! He didn’t make the woman to be a man, he made the woman to be a woman. And this is the truth!” Kihara continued, which set the demon off.

The lunatic, dressed like a mime in a silver wig and stripes, then lunged at Kihara.

“What’re you gonna do…Come attack me now?” replied the preacher, standing calmly.

“I should,” responded the lunatic, pulling a gun out of his white purse and pointing it directly at the preacher's head.

But Kihara didn’t even flinch.

“Hey, man, that’s up to you,” Kihara replied calmly, before he/she/it pranced away like a wuss.

Unshaken, Kihara kept his composure and continued, telling the man, "God bless you. So you just threatened me with a gun, you just pulled a gun on my face. Man, Lord have mercy on you!”

"Even though you pulled a gun on me, I still love you," he added.

Kihara resumed his preaching like a trooper, displaying fortitude at the risk of his life.
