Hurting the feelings of dead people is now apparently illegal in Colorado, as a new state law ensures the delusions of the gender-confused haunt the rest of us, even after they’re long gone.

Deluded Coloradans can already change their birth certificates, driver’s licenses and state IDs to record whatever gender they feel like. Now, certificates must also align with how a person “identified” in life, rather than accurately record their gender.

Dying Coloradans can even demand their certificates call them “non-binary.” Morticians, government employees or doctors who refuse to regurgitate the lie could face up to 120 days in jail and up to $750 in fines, reports the Daily Caller News Foundation.

The bill was reportedly passed on Wednesday. Its sponsor, Colorado House Representative Karen McCormick laughably argued in support of her legislation by claiming pre-born children also know whether they want to switch genders before they even reach the second trimester.

But as MRCTV has previously reported, she doesn’t believe they’re human enough to avoid being murdered.

With that logic, dead people officially have more rights in Colorado than healthy babies do.
